A man has died at a property in the Swarcliffe area of Leeds.

West Yorkshire Police say that a man died on Swarcliffe Drive yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon and a woman has been arrested.

A spokesperson said: “Police are investigating following the death of a man at a property on Swarcliffe Drive, Leeds.

"Police were made aware of the incident by Yorkshire Ambulance Service at 1.09pm, with the man pronounced deceased a short time later.

"A woman has been arrested in connection with the death. Enquiries are ongoing.”
