Calverley own's Leeds Rhinos star Jamie Peacock is pulling out all the stops to make sure his new autobiography is a glittering sales success.
Peacock was at Philip Howard Books in Roundhay to sign copies of his life story, entitled No White Flag.

And he delighted fans by bringing along two sparkling special guests - the Engage Super League and Carnegie World Club Challenge trophies.

The Rhinos lifted the first piece of silverware with a famous win over St Helens at Old Trafford in October.

They were then crowned world champions when they saw off Melbourne Storm at Elland Road last month.

Prop Peacock played a key role in both victories following his move to the Rhinos from Bradford Bulls.

His no-holds-barred autobiography gives the lowdown on his success at club level and as Great Britain skipper.

But it also provides an insight into the 31-year-old's early struggles to make the rugby league grade and the injury setbacks that at one time came close to costing him his career.

No White Flag is published by The History Press Ltd and is available now, priced £18.99.
