Calverley's Champion House: Garden party raises more than £5,000

A fundraising garden party raised £5,400 for Champion House in Calverley.
TV presenter Christa Ackroyd was guest of honour at the annual event.

Champion House is run by the Leonard Cheshire trust.

The money will help pay for a new disabled bus for the care home's family of 26 residents.
