Calverley aims to make a good floral impression

Residents are being asked to do their bit by making sure that the village is clean and tidy ahead of the judging for this year's Yorkshire in Bloom competition.
Spring judging is scheduled to take place in Calverley on Wednesday, April 2 from 12.30pm.

Chair of the In Bloom group, Coun Frank Robinson (Cons, Calverley and Farsley) is hoping that the spring flowers in the park and the gardens will be at their best for the judges.
