The venue for the event was Calverley Methodist Chapel Hall.

One of the highlights of the show was the introduction of a new award, 'The Alan Saul Memorial Trophy'.

Alan, who sadly passed away earlier this year, was well-known to visitors and entrants of many local shows as a keen organiser and a very successful grower and entrant.

The trophy will be awarded annually to the winner of class 46: Three Gladioli, which reflects Alan's enjoyment of these beautiful blooms which were the first flowers Alan began to show.
