Calverley Dressmaking class launches

A new dressmaking class has been launched in Calverley.

Sew Easy is based at Calverley Methodist Church and runs on Fridays from 10am until 12pm.

The course is aimed at those with basic sewing skills as well as those with a little experience.

Course tutor, Lorna Muir told Calverley Today: "There has been an increasing interest in making clothes for several reasons - a desire for individuality , vintage clothing and a backlash against the global companies and poor quality ready to wear clothing."
